Jumpstart Program

The Zone 7 Jumpstart Program, launching in 2024, will work to address the social determinants of health in at-risk individuals aged 18-30. Previously unhoused young adults will be guaranteed individual housing and provided with assistance for nutrition, transportation, education, career planning, and more.
